Refund Policy

We aim to ensure customer satisfaction across all our brands including Mpower, Tonyin, and Goodyear. Refunds are handled in a fair and transparent manner.


When Refunds Are Applicable

Refunds are only issued in the following cases:

  • Product is damaged or defective upon delivery
  • Wrong product has been delivered
  • Product is not as described 
  • Order cannot be fulfilled or is out of stock after payment

Refund Approval Process

Once a refund request is received:

  • The issue will be reviewed with supporting evidence (photos/videos if required)
  • Our team will verify the order and courier details
  • Delivery charges will be paid by the customer for both sides.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 working days

Refund Method

Refunds are usually processed via:

  • Bank transfer (preferred method)
  • JazzCash / Easypaisa (if applicable)
  • Alternative method mutually agreed with the customer

We aim to choose the fastest and most convenient option for the customer.


Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • Customer changes mind after delivery
  • Product has been used or installed
  • Damage caused due to improper handling by customer
  • Late complaints after the return window (48 hours)

 

Important Note

Refunds are only processed after verification and approval. We reserve the right to reject incomplete or false claims.
