Terms & Conditions – Mpower Autos

By placing an order with Mpower Autos, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. Advance Payment Requirement (Orders Above PKR 5,000)

For all orders with a total value above PKR 5,000, a minimum 10% advance payment of the total order value is required to confirm and process the order.

  • The advance payment is mandatory for order processing
  • Orders will only be processed after receiving the advance amount
  • Remaining balance (if any) will be collected at the time of delivery or as agreed

2. Advance Payment for Selected Products

For certain products (as specified at the time of order), customers are required to pay at least the delivery charges in advance before shipment.

  • This condition applies to selected or high-risk shipping items
  • Orders will not be dispatched without receiving the required advance delivery charges
  • The customer will be informed clearly before confirmation of such orders

3. Order Non-Delivery Responsibility

If a customer:

  • Refuses to receive the order
  • Is unavailable at the provided address
  • Or fails to cooperate with delivery attempts

after making an advance payment, the customer will be responsible for any associated losses, including delivery charges and handling costs.

Please note: Advance payments are non-refundable in such cases.

4. Next Order Policy

Customers who have an unpaid or incomplete order history will only be eligible for future orders on a full advance payment basis.

  • Full payment must be made before dispatch
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) may be restricted for such accounts

5. Order Processing & Confirmation

  • Orders are only confirmed after payment verification
  • Mpower Autos reserves the right to cancel or hold any order if payment conditions are not met
  • Product availability is subject to stock confirmation

6. Changes to Terms

Mpower Autos reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will apply to all future orders.
